Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a natural, holistic healing method that addresses individual health needs by considering unique symptoms and experiences. Based on the principle of “like cures like,” it uses minute doses of substances that, in larger amounts, would cause symptoms in a healthy person. These remedies stimulate the body’s vitality, supporting the immune system to alleviate symptoms.

Safe, non-toxic, and non-invasive, homeopathy is suitable for all ages, from babies to the elderly. Made from natural substances like minerals, plants, or animals, homeopathy treats acute and chronic ailments, including colds, flu, injuries, digestive issues, anxiety, and mental health concerns.

Homeopathy takes a whole-person approach, considering physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual, with some requiring multiple consultations for lasting results. It can also prevent illness, such as taking remedies at the onset of a cold to avoid further complications.

In essence, homeopathy offers a safe, natural approach to health and overall well-being.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is muscle testing of the muscles in the body using the muscle biofeedback system. This non – invasive holistic tool can tell us so much on so many levels looking at structural, emotional, electrical, foods- what the body can process and what it can’t.

Using muscle testing and points in the body we can heal imbalances within ourselves without requiring remedies or other external interventions. The human body is very complex and very powerful- we can heal from within. The body always wants to heal itself.

In Kinesiology the body can be re-balanced using neuro-lympahtic points, neurovascular points, spinal reflexes and meridians as well as foods that can support you as you work through a healing phase and in some cases foods you need to stay away from until the body has realigned/rebalanced.

Massage-For-Everyone

Massage is a versatile therapy that benefits people of all ages, from babies to the elderly. It helps relieve muscle tension caused by stress, poor sleep, or physical activity, promoting relaxation, lymphatic circulation, and overall balance.

For babies, massage aids digestion, reduces colic, and alleviates constipation. It also activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormones and improving nutrient absorption, which leads to better sleep.

For new mothers, massage is essential for reducing post-birth stress, balancing hormones, and easing tension and inflammation. Self-care is vital for parents to recharge and care for others effectively.

In my practice, I’ve noticed how the body communicates through posture and muscle tension, revealing imbalances from daily activities, injuries, or work stress. Regular massage helps address these issues before they cause long-term discomfort.

Combining massage with homeopathic remedies accelerates the healing process, offering both immediate and lasting results.

Cupping

Cupping can be a separate treatment of part of a massage treatment. The cups are applied manually and used to stretch the layers of skin which can treat muscle and soft tissue dysfunction- allowing the body to release tension and toxins from the body. Cupping can be used to reduce chronic pain, inflammation and to increase circulation.

When the cups are applied they create a suction effect lifting and stretching the skin, this in turn increases blood flow drawing impurities to the surface and creates space between the tissues for better fluid and nutrient exchange. It also improve lymphatic flow within the body.

The most common parts of the body treated with cups is the back, neck & legs. Cups can be static or moved depending on the ailment been addressed or the treatment been completed.

Musculoskeletal conditions such as tendonitis, osteoarthritis and or ligament strains can benefit greatly from cupping. It can also be used as a self care tool.
